In its judgement of 12 May 1998, the Regional Court of Hamburg (LG Hamburg, judgement of 12 May 1998, 312 O 85/98) ruled that the inclusion of a link may lead to co-responsibility for the content of the linked page. According to the Regional Court of Hamburg, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these contents. On our homepage, the "Pommerscher Diakonieverein e. V.", we have set up links to other websites of external providers on the Internet. The following applies to all these links:
