FAQ City flats

Our Greifswald city flats are comfortable and individually furnished flats with their own kitchen. We offer you everything you need to feel completely at home in your "temporary home". This includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, hand and shower towels and fluffy bed linen.
Of course, a reliable Internet connection is always included.

In some flats you are welcome to bring your dog. Please understand that we cannot offer this for all flats so that people with allergies can also stay with us. We charge an additional fee for bringing your dog because of the special cleaning required. Please ask us about this.

- From 2 to 6 nights: Cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. In the event of late cancellation, early departure or no-show, the agreed rate/rent will be charged at 100 %.
- From 7 to 28 nights: Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of late cancellation, early departure or no-show, the agreed rate/rent will be charged at 100 %.
- From 29 nights and more: Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that a payment for 28 nights will be charged according to the agreed rate/rent. The same applies to no-shows or early departures.

Before arrival you will receive a code for our key safe, which is located on the right-hand side of the door (access via Baderstrasse 25). Simply enter the code and you will receive the key for your flat.

You can check in from 15:00.

Subject to availability, you can park directly in the courtyard (access: Baderstraße 25). We charge € 10.00 per day. Access is via a barrier. Please contact us in advance so that we can check whether you can currently park directly in our car park. Otherwise, you can of course use the surrounding parking facilities, in particular the underground car park at the market, which is only a 2-minute walk away.

For short-term rentals (up to 1 week), we clean your flat after your departure. For long-term rentals (over 4 weeks), we will clean your flat every week on request and change the linen. We charge €20.00 per cleaning and linen change.

The Lichtblick café and restaurant is located on the ground floor of our city flats. You can have breakfast here from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 (not included). At Lichtblick, which offers a changing menu of the day, you can also enjoy an inexpensive lunch and a cosy coffee.

Please separate your rubbish into residual waste and yellow bags. You are welcome to dispose of your rubbish bags in the bins at the entrance in the inner courtyard. You are welcome to leave empties in your room.

There is a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the building (3rd floor). There is also an iron on site. Coins (incl. laundry pods) are available at Café Lichtblick (ground floor) for a fee of € 5.00.

When you leave, simply leave the key on the table or hand it in to your colleagues at Café Lichtblick.
