Started: 2024, in the centre of Greifswald.
Our city flats have been available since summer 2024. The two floors of the historic building at Markt 23/24 were renovated at great expense in accordance with the preservation order and 13 cosy flats with modern and individual furnishings were built.
We wanted to retain the historical charm and came up with a customised concept that also reflects the regional connection to the surroundings.
Additional income project
Our city flats offer work for people with mental disabilities who can only participate in working life on an hourly basis. A total of 9 people with disabilities work here.
They make sure that everything is spick and span and that our guests have a great stay.

Pomeranian Diaconal Association
We are part of the Pomeranian Diaconia Association and are affiliated with the Hotel Ostseeländer in Züssow. Here, too, people with and without disabilities work together to make great holidays possible.
